When you want to show off your team spirit, there isn't much more permanent than a team tattoo, which apparently 4% of fans proudly boast, according to a survey of sports fans by Gladiator GarageWorks. But a number of home design products are giving homeowners options to bring a little fandom to their living room, basement, or garage. The Gladiator GarageWorks survey, conducted by Braun Research, also notes that,
- 66% of sports fans have memorabilia displayed somewhere in the home, most likely in the living room (26%), bedroom (19%), garage (10%). or yard (8%).
- Of the surveyed fans that said they spend money on everything from tickets to apparel, the average expense was $661 per year.
Some of these products will cost less than that, others significantly more, but there are no fair-weather fans here. When your team has a chance to go all the way, a true fan will spare no expense.
