Award-winning design is just one of the reasons prospective clients choose Covenant Kitchens & Baths. They may have seen the company’s work in a national magazine or heard the buzz after Covenant won first place in NKBA’s design contest this year. Or maybe they went on one of the company’s annual kitchen tours, which visit five or six kitchens the company designed (with the proceeds going to charity).
But no matter how they got there, once the prospect has chosen Covenant, there’s plenty to make them stay.
President Gerard Ciccarello (center, in brown suit) attributes the company’s success to a team-oriented management approach, superior customer service, and smooth, written systems to guarantee consistency and quality. Right off the bat, clients are serviced by a team. Everything from the sales process to production is approached with this philosophy. “There’s a certain synergy when the staff works well together,” says Ciccarello, whose father, Joseph (left, in gray suit) founded the company.
And once the job is completed, there’s no chance of their customers forgetting about Covenant. The company subscribes to a shelter magazine for them—which gives them a nice reminder of who is responsible for their beautiful kitchen or bath 12 times a year.
