Project Description
If you are dreaming of all tropical paradise with an eco-system, the Private Luxury Boutique Resort is all about that. The resort epitomizes barefoot luxury, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is the pinnacle of understated opulence. The iconic combination of classical and modern design elements is stunningly executed. The resort has a main reception building, an indoor recreational building, a men's majlis, and a tower dining area in classical design, as well as an ultramodern bungalow, subterranean dining, and tent dining areas in modern style, which not only gratify their own personal luxury desires but also warmly welcome their guests.
The brief was to design a huge family resort that could be used for both regular activities and entertainment, both casual and formal. This resort creates a supremely fulfilling experience by fusing exquisite design, spectacular settings, impeccable service, and the latest classical modern conveniences. The classic design discovered in this amazing project depicts a polished interior, full of ornaments and elegant features, models on furniture, decorations, and accessories, as well as various patterns and textures. The elegant use of metal accents, wall mouldings, ceiling cornices, marble floors, and refined oak wood; the finely embroidered use of precious fabrics to cover the seats; and the uplifting effects of high-end draperies and carpets, elevate the spaces.
Each space has a lovely focal point that is not particularly accentuated by a single feature but is instead highlighted by a lovely mirror arrangement, artwork, or wall design that draws the eye throughout the entire room in the resort. There is a purity of symmetry in maintaining the wall designs by making maximum use of clean and straight lines, creating balance and harmony, which fosters the elegance of the overall effect in all the spaces.
The indoor recreational building includes some of the features such as a dining majlis, kids' club, prayer room, and bowling alley, which meet all the requirements for a sumptuous domain. While the ultra-modern bungalow is purely and simply another environment that has a futuristic aura. A large, curved partition wall serves as the centerpiece of the extravagant dining area in the underground, which allows to glance out the window and view the clear sky.
