Resideo Technologies' newest smart thermostats in its T-Series line includes the T9 and T10 Pro models with wireless smart room sensors that measure temperature and humidity and help balance hot and cold spots in a home. The sensors can detect residents as they move throughout the home, and know which rooms are occupied and can then automatically adjust that room to the desired temperature.
The Honeywell Home smart room sensors offer a 200-foot range to help deliver whole home comfort, according to the manufacturer. Through the Honeywell Home app homeowners can set a preferred temperature in any room at any time, and prioritize multiple rooms at different times of day; switch which room is prioritized (for example, lower the temperature in the kitchen when the family is using the stove to make dinner) or use a popular voice assistant or smart home platform to change the set schedule; use geofencing to monitor and activate the home's heating/cooling system; and receive alerts and come home to their preferred temperature if a room reaches a certain temperature. resideo.com

The Complete Water Management system brings water filtration, leak detection, and device management into one platform for easy use through a smartphone app. A central DROP Hub controls an integrated system of water pumps, flow meters, cartridge filters and water softeners with low frequency radio waves, monitoring the devices to alert homeowners to water bursts or leaks, and will even shut off water supply should a water leak occur.
