As a Lifetime Shingle, Timberline American Harvest shingles qualify for the maker’s new Lifetime Roofing System. Homeowners who install any Lifetime shingles, plus at least three other qualifying GAF accessories, will be eligible for lifetime limited coverage on the entire roof — not just the shingles.
Contractors can choose from a wide assortment of accessories, including ridge caps, roof deck protection, leak barriers, Cobra attic ventilation, and starter strips. Details for the Lifetime limited warranty can be found in the GAF Shingle & Accessory Limited Warranty, which is effective for all installations of GAF asphalt shingles and accessories after Jan. 1, 2012. Lifetime coverage includes non-prorated coverage for the first 10 years. GAF offers two other warranties. The System Plus limited warranty and the Golden Pledge limited warranty are available through GAF factory-certified contractors and include longer non-prorated periods, as well as other coverage upgrades.
