Boral Roofing has released a new collection of concrete roofing tile colors designed specifically for Southern Nevada. Sepia, graphite, shadow black, charcoal blend, Appalachian blend and saddleback blend are now available across the state of Nevada with Boral Roofing’s Barcelona, Saxony 900 Slate and Saxony 900 shake concrete tile profiles.

The new collection is united by its neutral tones and contemporary stylings, developed in a nod to the region’s architectural backdrop, as well as consumer and lifestyle trends.

“We are seeing home design trend toward simpler lines and neutral, natural colors,” says Shannon Delgado, senior marketing manager with Boral Roofing. “Builders and remodelers today are addressing enhanced interest among homeowners for durable roofing materials that also complement contemporary and transitional home styles, which have been growing in popularity.”

Boral’s concrete roofing tiles are made to offer durability and resilience, and feature a Class A fire rating. The tiles are manufactured with natural local rock, are 100% recyclable at the end of their usable life, and reduce the energy demands of the homes they are installed on, according to the manufacturer.
