No Business Like Show Business Stebnitz Builders has been active in our local Lakeland Builders Association and has participated in the association's New Home and Remodeling Expo for the past 15 years.

There are four solid reasons why home shows are a can't-miss opportunity.

Face-to-face exposure. There are few other events where you can meet 1,500 people looking for home improvement answers and introduce yourself as the industry expert.

Return on investment. Most show entry fees cost about the same as many newspaper or magazine ads but allow you to be far more creative, informative, and personal than an ad that people may simply gloss over. After the show, we generally get a dozen leads and close about 25%.

Brand reinforcement. Education is the key to success. In the brief time you have with interested attendees, you have the opportunity to educate them as to why you are far different —and better — then the competition.

Association support. Supporting the local home builders association is a great way to ensure a healthy industry in your area.
