Home-improvement lead-generation service Modernize has partnered with Spectrum Communications & Consulting, the creator of Predictive Sales AI, an artificial intelligence (AI) software for home improvement contractors. According to Modernize, the partnership will allow the company to deliver leads and appointments directly into contractors' Predictive Sales AI engine, allowing contractors to gain immediate insight and intelligence into lead performance and sales representative performance.

“It’s rare that we find another solution provider that’s as committed to leveraging homeowner data to their customers’ advantage as we are,” Modernize CEO Jason Polka said in a news release from the company. “But that’s exactly why we’ve partnered with Spectrum. We’re confident that the powerful data unleashed by our combined solution will help our customers realize even more value out of the leads and appointments we provide.”

According to the release, the partnership will maximize both companies' success by providing lead intelligence so contractors can align the right lead with the right sales rep. As a result, the companies hope to create the "best" customer experience and a higher customer conversion rate. Modernize said the partnership could allow contractors to scale business by allowing businesses to serve more customers without higher marketing costs.

The companies will share aggregate performance data, enabling both Modernize and Spectrum to improve the quality of their products. Austin, Texas-based Modernize facilitates more than 2 million completed home improvement projects annually by connecting homeowners with contractors within energy-efficient trades such as solar, windows, HVAC, and roofing. Chicago, Ill.-based Spectrum aims to combine software, data science, and digital marketing expertise to drive growth for its home service contractor customers.
