The Service Excellence Award recognizes incoming Big50 winners who consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience. For the fourth year in a row, REMODELING has partnered with GuildQuality, a customer-satisfaction polling company, to identify candidates for the award, but this year we opened the award to past Big50 companies as well. GuildQuality received 116 applications for the award and surveyed more than 5,000 customers.
