Lowe's named John Deere, Pergo, and Pella as the home improvement retailer's 2019 Vendor Partners of the Year. Lowe's selected the three companies for their commitment to quality, innovation, value, and customer service. Lowe's also recognized several companies, including Little Giant Ladders, Spyder, Ove, and Smartcore, for delivering leading breakthroughs in technology and enhancing product features to exceed customer expectations.

"The vendor partners we are honoring today have been instrumental in helping us transform our business and exceed customers' expectations," Bill Boltz, Lowe's executive vice president of merchandising, said in a news release. "Their partnership, relentless focus on the customer and drive for innovation allowed us to build momentum and accelerate business growth. Together we will fight for the customer by delivering the best service and value."

John Deere ranked number one in customer satisfaction, according to Lowe's, and the company introduced four new models available exclusively at home improvement retailer. Lowe's recognized Pergo for its strong-performing waterproof laminate flooring product, visually indistinguishable from hardwood and offered at a value for customers. Lowe's recognized Pella for its wood, vinyl, and composite window products and its strong warranties offered on its products.

In recognizing its innovation partners of the year, Lowe's highlighted Spyder's Stinger wood boring program, Smartcore's first-to-market luxury vinyl flooring product, Ove's value-priced freestanding tub, and Little Giant Ladder's King Kombo, an all-in-one-step, extension, and leaning ladder made from fiberglass.
