Viking Range is returning to the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show in 2014 showcasing a range of high-end cooking appliances, including its new Professional French Door Oven. Frequently seen in fine restaurant kitchens, the oven's French door design has companion doors that open simultaneously, so home chefs can open both doors with just one hand.

The maker says the oven's 4.7-cubic-foot convection oven is the largest in the industry, and features patented Vari-Speed Dual Flow convection with the industry's largest fan, which works bi-directionally for maximum airflow to improve cooking results. Heavy-duty metal knobs are accented with CoolLit LED lights in signature "Viking blue" when the oven is turned on. An extra-large Gourmet-Glo glass-enclosed infrared broiler gives maximum coverage for broiling.
