Speed Blade Designed to cut up to 25% faster and last up to 45% longer than other blades, Greenlee's bi-metal reciprocating saw blades feature cobalt for added toughness and versatility, which allows the blades to withstand flush cuts without destroying the blade. Testing for the new blades was performed by cutting 2-inch rigid steel pipe at 1,500 rpm with a 20-pound load. The bi-metal blades made 29 cuts at an average 32.9 seconds.
