One of a Kind

An in-house millwork and cabinet shop means Titis Built can create unique details for its clients.

Fido Hideout These homeowners wanted their kitchen remodel to include space for their two dogs. The architect incorporated the dog bed into the mudroom cabinetry, as well as a water bowl niche, and asked Titus Built millwork staff to accent the larger opening with bone-shaped cut-outs.

Clutter-Free The same clients who requested the dog beds also asked for built-in paper towel holders to help maintain an uncluttered kitchen. General manager Jeff Titus and the architect worked on the design, which includes a holder near the main sink and one next to the island kitchen.

Out of Sight The homeowner wanted to hide the washer/dryer in a space adjacent to the kitchen. The Titus Built team designed and built cabinetry to hold the frontloading machines and topped it with a granite counter. Metal mesh in the doors allows for air circulation.
