Dormer Adornment

Keeping with the era of the house, Mountainwood Homes added a shed-style dormer for the new bathroom space. The materials used for the dormer match those of the existing space to maintain balance between new and old.

Designer Kathy Bash added a shed dormer to the back of this house to accommodate a new bathroom for a second floor master suite.

The design of the bathroom reflects the 1920's era of the home.

Symmetry and balance were a top priority for the client. Two new windows are centered above a built-in bench, which is flanked by cabinets.

Hexagonal floor tiles and white subway tile capture the 1900's bungalow look.

The shower has a steam component.

This built-in dresser is centered under a window.
