A Dallas couple wanted to transform their master bathroom into a "serenity room," and this is the result.

The 438-square-foot space includes separate vanities, water closets, and clothes closets. The standout feature, however, is the heated lounge chair positioned directly in front of a flat screen television and below an HVAC vent for temperature control.

Careful consideration ensured that the components of the lounge unit weren’t visible. “We didn’t want it to look like something on a cruise ship,” says Hannah Kasper, director of operations at Kasper Custom Remodeling, which worked on construction and installation.
