Price Intelligently co-founder Patrick Campbell sat down with on the two biggest mistakes he sees small business make when it comes to pricing. The first is that businesses aren't pricing on value. 

More often than not, what we see in the software space, is people pricing based on costs or competitors rather than customers. At the end of the day, quite literally, the only people who can give you the information you need about your price are your actual customers.

Second, Campbell points to not having enough data on the customers they are selling to. Campbell suggest that people actually talk and engage with their customers. The key is knowing about you customers.
