Out of the entire rainbow of colors, scientists have nailed down the world’s ugliest color, which has been described as “dirty,” “tar,” and “death.” The green brown shade, officially called Pantone 448 C opaque couché, now is being used to discourage bad habits such as smoking with its sewage hue. The study was spearheaded by Australian marketing company gfK Bluemoon to come up with packaging for cigarettes that would lead to the fewest possible sales. If your client is looking for a new shade to paint their home, it would be wise to steer them clear of this hated color.
