The home services platform Porch.com announced today the launch of Porch Perks, a loyalty program, as well as expended features for home improvement pros.

The expansions include:

  • Enterprise Direct Connect, in which larger companies "can integrate into our project marketplace and have requests flow directly into their CRM systems," Porch said.
  • A Pay As You Go plan in which pros that provide a credit card can browse a list of homeowner projects in a desired area and choose who to connect with. "This feature is great for test driving the Porch project marketplace or for filling an occasional hole in a professional’s schedule," Porch said.
  • The ability to set criteria for job requests based on type of work and monthly budget. Those meeting that criteria will be delivered to the pro each month.

The new Porch Perks provides business discounts and local deals to pros. Among the services offered are discounts for home products, legal services, payment processing benefits, and food for the crew. Hanley Wood publications and Taunton Publishing's Fine Homebuilding are among the perks.
