Futurism, a news site specializing in breakthrough technology and discoveries, has released its concept “House of 2016.” Its infographic tour highlights the current cutting edge of smart-home technology and imagines its full integration into the life of a resident or guest over the course of 24 hours.

The array of smart home technologies includes the Nest thermostat and the Amazon Echo, as well as the $6,400 Kohler Numi Toilet, which includes built-in ambient lighting and Bluetooth speakers, and the $10,999 Kingsdown Sleep Smart Intuitive bed, which auto-adjusts based on sleeping positions and tracks data on sleeping habits.

The entire array adds $100,000 to the cost of a home, according to Marketwatch’s Sally French, although she points out that the majority of this price comes from the Tesla Model S ($69,900).
