A former remodeler in Walla Walla, Wash. has been accused of first-degree theft for having wrongfully taken more than $5,000. The charge also carries a jail time up to three months.
Bryan S. Hill, 42, in 2014 failed to pay for materials on a remodeling project. He will now be required to reimburse the homeowner in monthly installments in exchange for a reduction of the current felony charges. Hill, who owned Renovation Specialists in Walla Walla, will have to pay monthly restitution payments of $250 to the victim for up to two years.
