Some companies have staffs that don't all work out of the same office and need for virtual tools. These tools allow employees to build relationships with each other and with clients behind the computer screen.
Sara Jantsch lists some of the tools that the DUCT TAPE MARKETING team uses, including project management tool Asana:
"We have several projects in Asana for clients, content production, and various projects we have going on. If tasks are assigned to me, they will show up in my personal task list. I can then organize my task list into projects or due dates. For each task, you then have the option to have it recurring, add subtasks and assign to different members and add attachments from Google Drive or Dropbox."
