Stuc-O-Flex International. Europlast is a wet-mix polymer-based stucco finish for interior or exterior applications. The decorative coating offers a wide range of color and texture combinations and, says the manufacturer, gives walls the look of Old-World Venetian plaster. Powerwall Stucco is a factory-blended cement, lime, fiber, and additives mix that yields a Portland cement stucco base coat that is breathable and resists wind-driven rain and ultra-violet light, says the maker. The sealer is available in a range of standard semi-transparent colors and can be applied in few coats for a light shade or many coats for a deeper shade.
