Australian construction contractor Sherwood Enterprise is facing serious questions after Leigh Anthony Reaney, age 20, died from head injuries after he feel off of a roof in August 2012. In September 2014, Sherwood Enterprise was fined with A$55,000 (US$41,760) for failing to ensure employee safety from injury and risks of health.
Since Reaney’s death, police have opened an investigation looking into how the company failed to implement workplace safety practices.
