The National Kitchen and Bath Association formed a strategic alliance with ServiceMagic to allow the NKBA's 11,000 members to increase their profits and revenue by reaching the increasing number of consumers using the Internet to find remodelers, designers, builders, and kitchen and bath professionals. ServiceMagic connects consumers with pre-screened member businesses. In 2004, the company processed more than 1.4 million requests.
