Here, he shares the importance of following through with the hiring process and how mentoring the new employees is critical, particularly when a company is experiencing growth.

“You can’t just hire somebody and say, 'OK, go do your job.' You definitely have to school them a little bit. You have to be a mentor to him or her for a little while, and not expect them to step in and light the world on fire—no matter what they say in the interview.”
