The home of U.S. jazz legend Miles Davis is undergoing a few improvisations itself. The boyhood home, in St. Louis, Mo., has been undergoing a decade-long renovation process after having raised nearly $50,000 for phase one of the project which was raised through a GoFundMe campaign. Another, $50,000 is needed to complete the second half.
Director of Programming for House of Miles, Jas Gary Pearson, is hoping that the newly renovated home will inspire future musicians and continue to jazz musician’s legacy to live on.
