In the holiday spirit, I wanted to share this client feedback. 

 

She did a relatively small project with us – and wasn’t thrilled with some of the work.   Our team jumped on it and made it right.  In the client’s own words “It was not done right the first time, but the trade specialist made sure it was done perfectly the second time.”    

 

As a result of the team’s responsiveness and making it right, she now:

1.    Gives us a rating of 5 (out of 4 – 4 being the highest) on professionalism

2.   Gives us the top score on “likely to recommend”

3.   Is already doing another project with us.

 

A great reminder that joy this holiday season - and in life -  isn’t about perfection.  It’s about how we respond to the challenges life brings.
