After her first job in construction and seeing a company rise and fall due the lack of “strong internal controls, clear goals or respect for the numbers,” Judith formed her own company. The goal of J. Miller and Company was to help owners develop more professional construction companies which would provide exceptional service to both clients and employees and a balanced life to the owner.
Now, Judith is a Seattle-based construction business consultant and trainer specializing in accounting, finance, and computerization.
