On a rainy July day in 1986, Bill Mallon (seated, center) hung his first shingle as a remodeler. His sharp memory of that day gives a small hint of the passion he has for his making his company the best. Bill strongly believes that one bad comment can ruin 10 potential jobs and will do whatever it takes to leave his customers happy. He applies this same attitude to his employees, handing out 10% of profits in bonuses per quarter.
Total Living Construction is always looking for the next way to increase customer services and profitability. Due to recent software system innovations, Mallon has been able to take the steps to streamline his operation, recently increasing sales volume while decreasing staff size.
